Departure in the morning, to reach the little village of Tuni, located at the foot of the Condoriri massif. Meeting with families of the community. Assistance in the preparation of a typical Andean lunch. In the afternoon, activities in the village: introduction to the weaving techniques, fetching llamas and alpacas in the fields...

Traditional breakfast with buñelos (kind of doughnut) and api (drink prepared with purple korn). Activities in relation with the community life (harvesting in the fields, lamas,..).Cooking of the huatia (Meal cooked in a kind of “oven” built underground with big warm stones).In the afternoon, walk with a local guide in the surroundings areas. Musical evening with a local band from the neighbouring village of Chuñawi (Subject to availability).

Breakfast. Departure to the Laguna Chiarkhota. We’ll first walk to the west to go around the Laguna Tuni, and then walk up a valley in north-east direction. Then we will calmly go up a gorgeous valley to the Laguna Chiarkota, at the foot of the Condoriri massif, base camp for Condor head and Pequeño Alpamayo climbing.Only the scenery in this magical place is worth the effort. There you can see the glacier which leads to the Pequeño Alpamayo, but most of all, this place offers a breathtaking view on the Condor head and its majestic glacier. We will walk back to Tuni using the same track. Then we’ll go back to La Paz by road with a private transport. Retour à pied jusqu´au village de Tuni par le même chemin. Puis, route en véhicule privé pour rallier la ville de La Paz.
